Classroom Usage

To save valuable researcher seats you can also buy a cheaper classroom option for educational purposes.

This works in the followig way: You specify for how many classrooms (seminars, lectures) and for how many students you need a license. In your account setttings you will then be shown a code which you can share with your students so that each student can redeeem 30 extra recordings per code/classroom. These recordings are added on top of their normal free quota (10 recordings per month). These codes may only be used in a classroom context but NOT for research or Bachelor/ Master or PhD theses. In your account settings you can activate purchased classrooms once your seminar or lecture starts. After this activation of a classroom, the redemption code is only valid within a period of 31 days during which your students can redeem the activated classroom code.

About this License

The Custom License is suited for single or multiple research projects. Using the a Custom License you can modify your license based on your needs! The basic Custom License plan insures an unlimited amount of data recordings for one study at a time. Also, you can switch data recordings between studies at any time. Included in a basic Custom License is also an unlimited amount of data storage capacity.1 Furthermore, for Custom License Holders, we will create an individualized prototype for one experiment and also perform experiment verification before data recording will start. We will also guarantee Email response within 24 hours on working days and phone and Skype support when necessary. If you need to record data for more than one experiment simultaneously, you can add more experiments to your license. Similarly, you can add further accounts / logins to separate experiment access between different people. Also, we can create offline versions of your experiments for you and you can request a new feature which is currently missing on our platform. Altogether, a Single License will be the perfect solution if you hesitate to purchase a Lab License but need more features than a standard Single License.

Procedure

At the moment license ordering is done manually. This means after you click on "Get A Quote" we will evaluate your request and send you a Quote within 24 hours via Email. If you confirm your order we will upgrade your account instantly. Payments can then be done using either SEPA Bank-Transfer, International Bank-Transfer, by PayPal, or by Credit Card. SEPA payments will come with a dicsount!. In case you already hold a license and now want to extend or upgrade it, we will take your former purchase into account. You are only allowed to add users to the license based on the scope of the license. The lowest and thereby cheapest scope is the single "research group". The next higher scope is department/institute scope and the highest and hence most expensive scope is the University scope.



Your License will be attached to one Research Group. You are only allowed to add persons to your license if they are working in the specified Research Group. Your License will be attached to one Department. You are allowed to add external collaboration partners, but only if they work within joint projects.
